Wario is a recurring character of the Mario series and the protagonist of his own series. He is also a playable character in Super Smash Flash 2. A big rumor stated he was supposed to be in Super Smash Flash, along with another mystery character, but the file size was too big to include any more characters.

Wario didn't appear in this game. However, many elements, such as the Wario games' sprites (the Floating Islands for example) and a certain glitch, state he was one of the characters who, sadly, was taken out during the coding. This is just a rumor and may not be 100% true.
