The Poison Mushroom is an item in Super Smash Flash 2 from the Mario universe. The Poison Mushroom is slightly smaller and darker than the Super Mushroom, and also, it's its' polar opposite, as makes characters smaller.
Effects
This item has the following effects:
Lasts about 10 seconds.- Character's hurtbox becomes smaller, making it harder to be hit.
- This also makes hitbox become smaller, making it also harder to hit an opponent, and the attack also has less damage and knockback
- Slightly decreases jumping height.
- Thrown items go farther and deal less damage.
- Character becomes lighter, decreasing the character's falling speed.
- Being lighter increases knockback received (is launched further).
Lasts about 10 seconds.

Trivia
- Despite it being the basics of the item in Super Smash Bros. Melee and Super Smash Bros. Brawl, the item does not affect the audio of the characters under its effect.
