Pit is the guardian of Palutena, the goddess of light. He is the leader of Palutena's army, which is made up of Centurions. He also has rescued Palutena from the dark goddess, Medusa, by finding the Three Sacred Treasures. He is a playable character in Super Smash Flash 2 and is the only character representation from the Kid Icarus universe.
